We often ask ourselves: ‘how am I going to get through this one?’ Sometimes we spend more time worrying about the outcome than trying to approach the issue. Whether it’s an issue that’s in your past, present and future, the common feature is that it will pass. Find peace in that you’re going to get over it, through it or past it. No matter how devastating you are in the moment, each day you’re going to be a little less devastated and gain a little more wisdom and understanding.
