The universe is filled with beauty. Ugliness is an attention whore that often steals the show. If you look past the bells and whistles. If you slow down your mind. If you look behind the curtain. Free your mind from the distractions they want you to focus on and you will see the beauty you might’ve been missing. Take 2 minutes, 120 seconds, to observe an item in nature. Take the full 2 minutes and gaze at dew on a flower petal. This thing is bigger than us! Train yourself to recognize the beauty and the ugly will have less power!
