When making positive changes and removing the things which no longer serve you, be sure to address the things you do. Remember to address your own behaviors which need to change. Be sure to address your thought processes that may need an upgrade. Just because you’ve always done something or always thought a certain way, doesn’t mean you always have to. When clothes no longer fits we discard them, let’s do the same with thoughts which no longer fit.
