We all struggle with the battle between needs and wants. Even a little further we struggle between immediate and big picture needs. We try to save money for the long run but have immediate needs and sometimes wants that come in the way. We try to lose weight and fall off the wagon. The struggle is real and that’s ok as long as we keep at it. Discipline seems more simple a concept than it actually is. It also seems to being in direct opposition with “trying again”. On the contrary, trying again is a tool to build discipline. The tenacity needed to go back to the drawing board and keeping at a goal builds discipline. Once you’ve attained that goal or on the journey, you would have built up your discipline. They say it takes 21 days to form a habit, so keep at it.
Keep calm, Stay safe and keep others safe by staying in. Just keep moving! ๐
