Self preservation is innate. So much so that it may be easy to be inconsiderate of others in our path for self preservation. I urge you to take a few minutes today to reflect on how you could be more considerate and uplift our fellow humans. Of course we all can’t join the peace corps, but there are many opportunities right in our backyards. Even in this time of isolation, take the time to look for online opportunities to help or as simple as texting or calling a friend to check on them.
Keep calm, Stay safe and keep others safe by staying home if you can. Be considerate and kind. If you can do something for someone less fortunate 💕
