Refunds & Returns Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which they were received, including original packaging. Due to the nature of wearable and handmade items, products that show signs of wear or use cannot be accepted.
Returns must be approved before items are sent back. Please contact us prior to returning any item.
Handmade item variations
All items sold through TIR Boutique are handmade. Slight variations in color, texture, shape, or finish are normal and are not considered defects.
Non-returnable items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
Proof of purchase
To complete a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable processing timeframe, depending on your payment provider.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received a refund after approval:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company, as posting times may vary
- Contact your bank for additional processing information

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, please contact us at TIRealm@TheImaginationRealm.com with details and photos before returning the item.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of the return once the item is received.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or the order was shipped to the purchaser, any approved refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will not be included.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
