When I woke up this day I thought it was Friday. Close enough, we’re almost there. Today I ask you think about your habits. Sort them into two piles. Which are serving you and which are not. Let’sget rid of the pile of habits that don’t serve you. They either don’t add to or the actually take away from your life and your progress. Let’s feed on the determination we see in others and mimic that characteristic. We receive habits that further our goals and release those that hinder us. SAY “I release habits that set me back”. SAY “I receive dedication needed to keep me on track”. SAY “I reciprocate the determination I see around me”. I am focused!
