Family comes in many shapes and forms. Some are biological and some aren’t; however, when they are good they are great. Take a minute this holiday season beyond the usual cliché interactions expected of us during the holiday season and look deeper into the moments. Share a cup of tea with your matriarch before the rest of the house wakes up, over zoom if necessary. Find a quiet moment to have a short conversation with an elder and ask a question you always wanted to know the answer to about your family. Think about when you get to tell that bit of information with someone in your family who may not even be born yet.
