And most importantly when you’re living the life prescribed by parents, friends, spouses or society and you think when I leave the house or relationship, I’m going to be my true self. Often times if and when that does happen it’s too late because you’re afraid to now figure out who you actually are or afraid of ridicule. Therefore you carry on in the life designed for you. Who are you trying to impress while living a life that doesn’t make you feel free? Stop, take inventory and ask yourself if the things you do are for you.
