Perspective is a major factor in how we approach and resolve problems. Understanding that each issue may be resolved on multiple levels or can even be interpreted in different ways allows us to then approach them from different angles. The famous quote about insanity being the expectation of different results from the same action is a perfect example of NOT taking different approaches to conflict resolution. Be open minded in how you view conflicts and perhaps your problems will begin to resolve themselves.
