It’s much harder working from a deficit so we should maintain our health, long before we become ill. Once we become ill there’s several steps back to wellness, seems logical to try to avoid negative lifestyles in the first place. Emotional as well as physical health. Typically we understand and know the things to avoid on a physical level but don’t take the same precautions for our mental health. As self care becomes popular we should learn/develop a self care regimen that is easy to follow along side our physical health practices.
